The INO Mela is the Order’s longest yearly gathering. The pattern Sri Kapilnath set in 2015 still holds: after arrival, the days run morning meditation, afternoon discussion, evening rite and dhuni. Intensity rises through the week and is brought down before people travel home.
It is not a Twilight Yoga retreat. Those are shorter and listed on Events. A Mela is the week the Kula sits in one place.
