International Nath Order Florida Gathering 2025: Twilight Yoga Recap
2025 marked a significant high point for the International Nath Order with three in-person gatherings—the most we have hosted in a single year in recent memory. This is the first of three recaps honoring these special events. Though it may be some time before we gather with such frequency again, our hearts remain full of gratitude: to everyone who made these events possible, to our generous hosts, to those who tended to matters at home in our absence, and to all who journeyed to share in the grace of these occasions. Om Namah Shivaya!
Twilight Yoga Gathering Mayo, FL May 8–12, 2025
Arrival and Orientation
This past spring in the southeastern United States, attendees convened once again at Kula Farms—a beautiful property in north-central Florida—where we enjoyed three full and two half days of Twilight Yoga, tapasya, and togetherness.
For those unfamiliar, Twilight Yoga Gatherings, currently presented by Sri Vijayanath, span five days, with three full days focused on sadhana (practice). The days on either end are devoted to arrival, orientation, settling in/packing out, and opening/closing announcements.

Guided by Twilight Yoga Traditions
As in years past, we were guided by Sri Vijayanath in utilizing the fundamental paradigms and processes of Twilight Yoga as expounded by Sri Kapilnath I.M.M. This is transmitted through daily meditation, discussion, and practical ritual—whereby the divine is evoked in local space. Divine: the true spiritual nature of each one of us, revealed in ritual and reveled in for as long as the alignment can be held. Cosmic beauty within and without.

The Collective Yantra
As an external part of our ritual observance, the kula engaged in the methodical creation of a yantra on the floor of the main lodge practice space. This yantra was added to each night and reached its final form and completion on the third day. The collective energy and vibration quickly reached exalted heights on the very first night, culminating in profound individual experiences and realizations that continued to bubble throughout the time.
Some newcomers went from curious and skeptical to profoundly affected and enthusiastic, and some who had just dipped a toe in the Nath-Kaula pool in years prior now reported powerful shifts. With a majority of attendees being Florida locals, only three initiates out of 15 helped to round out the group of aspirants, petitioners, and initiates—all of whom are truly transforming after transiting the time together.

Nourishment and Community
Our delicious meals were prepared largely by the stellar Soma Devi, as well as our stalwart hostess—aspirant at the farm, Tara—plus a few other lovely helpers.

A New Experiment: Virtual Kula Integration
One new twist at this gathering was the merging of the May Virtual Kula session with the gathering’s discussion period on the third day. Sri Vijayanath organized this experiment to further engage group dynamics as well as to provide a window into the INO in-person event space for those viewing online. While there may have been some technical delays due to bandwidth, it was well received overall.

Closing Rite and Celebration
The final rite of the kula was exuberant, completing the full yantra over three successive pujas along with some special taviz activations. This was followed, in a similar way as each preceding night, with much laughter, celebration, and enjoyment of prasad.

“Kaula expresses all the simplicity and harmony of a natural commune of natural, happy people. It is not a religion, but if we want to think of it as such, where would we find better?”
—Shri Gurudev Mahendranath, The Occult World of a Tantrik Guru
Closing Remarks and Future Structures
Following morning meditation and breakfast on the final day, Sri Vijayanath gave his closing remarks and introduced some background information related to the International Nath Order and the newer structures that he has been developing to support the friends, petitioners, aspirants, and initiates of the International Nath Order. These are: the Virtual Kula forum, the Petitioner/Aspirant program, and various sadhak support offerings.
With love and gratitude,
Sri Vijayanath and Soma Devi
