Dearest Gurunath Kapilnath, I.M.,
Your delightful and newsy letter of 30 March and advance copy of guidelines for MAGIKOS & IOON.
Had a postcard on 10th from Lalita. She is in Jaipur and marking time. By now she may be back in Vancouver, but this is the last trip for a long time and maybe making the most of it. She has some rudrashakars and some taviz papers for you and some black & white old photos which I want returned after they are copied.
The rudrashakas are only for people who now, or in the future, regard themselves as my disciples. It is the India link which we cannot break at the moment. When IOON develops some alternative must be found. The taviz papers I had signed and can be given to anyone related to us. They can be folded and put in a small locket.
I wrote Lalita a letter, thinking she had by now returned. Part of was for you, also some triples for the MAGIKOS list which also might include [omitted]. I too gave Mike some hints of MAGIKOS but told that it will take time to get on the required level and is being confined to America and Canada and involved Lalita’s visit with some hush hush and hinted more later.
In his last letter he confessed many mistakes and was thinking of reviving AMOOKOS. This is strange when only a few weeks ago he gave you an AMOOKOS charter, but I think he did not reveal his own confused idea of what AMOOKOS should be. I don’t think he knows what arcane means. No mention of the soil (IOON) from which any AMOOKOS to take root and grow.
This is a major defect in UK. They like play, pretend, diplomas, charters, etc., even if only something which exists only on paper. The spiritual and magick powers and attainment are ignored. All the occult rat race in UK smells of this defect. I will write him again, but I must think about my contents…
